Managed AI Agent Crews

You saw the demo.
We run the business.

Most "AI ran my company" stories end at day 30. We've been operating BleuLeaf on an agent crew for months — sales, research, delivery, ops. We build and run the same thing for you: your workflows, your credentials, your crew, fully managed.

30 minutes. No deck. We'll tell you in the call whether this is a fit.

Why DIY AI automation stalls out

The demos are real. A founder can wire up Claude, n8n, and a stack of APIs on a weekend and get an agent doing useful work by Monday. That's not the problem.

The problem is month three. The agent that was brilliant in week one is quietly drifting. A tool broke when an API changed and nobody noticed. Credentials are scattered across half a dozen workflows. When a customer gets an email that shouldn't have gone out, there's no log to replay. The founder who built it is back to doing the founder's actual job, and the crew of agents has become the kind of technical debt that's faster to turn off than fix.

If you're a technical founder with time to maintain your own stack, you don't have this problem. If you're a recruiting agency owner, a marketing agency principal, or a services firm operator, you do — and the gap is not the software. It's having someone on the hook for keeping the thing running.

Three ways in

One system underneath.

Agent Teams

Build

Custom AI crews designed around your workflows. We define the seats, write the agents, wire the tools, and stand the team up on our platform.

Example: for a recruiting agency, that's typically a sourcing agent, an outreach agent, a screening agent, and an operations agent that coordinates them — each with its own prompt, tools, and scorecard.

Platform

Infrastructure & Tooling

We built the execution engine, the MCP tool system, the scheduling layer, and the observability the crew runs on. Your engagement includes a dedicated workspace — you're not sharing tenancy with other customers.

Example: your own n8n instance, your own encrypted secrets store, your own run history you can audit end-to-end.

Transformation

Consult

For teams that want the audit and architecture before committing to a build. Workflow mapping, agent team design, ROI projection. You keep the plan whether you build with us or not.

Example: our AI Crew Blueprint — one week, a written architecture, delivered as a working document you can take to your own team.

Our proven process

Five steps from audit to operating crew.

Discover

One week. We audit your workflows, interview your operators, and identify where agents actually move the number. You get a written AI Crew Blueprint.

Design

We define each seat (role, scorecard, constraints), map the tool integrations, and architect the orchestration so work flows cleanly between agents.

Build

We create the agents, author the custom MCP tools, and wire the integrations on your dedicated workspace. You review every seat before it goes live.

Deploy

We activate the schedules, connect to your systems with credentials you own, and train your team on how to work alongside the crew.

Optimize

Weekly monitoring, monthly reviews, quarterly expansion. Prompts get refined, tools get tightened, new seats get added as the crew earns its place.

What you get

The standard Agent Teams engagement.

The crew.

Named, accountable seats designed around your workflows — each with a defined role, scorecard, constraints, and escalation path. The crew is the product. We design it, build it, and hold each seat to the same standard you'd hold a human hire.

Managed operation.

Someone on the hook for running it. Weekly checks, monthly optimization, quarterly expansion. Explicit escalation when something needs a human — triggers, destination, SLA defined per seat. You have a name and an email when something needs attention.

Governance and observability included.

Every agent run is logged. Every tool call is auditable. Every change is versioned. When something looks off, we replay the run — we don't guess.

Your own isolated workspace.

A dedicated instance per customer. No shared tenancy, no noisy neighbors, no tangled state with other clients.

You own the credentials.

You configure the OAuth connections and API keys for your own systems — Google, your ATS, your CRM, your email, Stripe. Those credentials live in your workspace's credential vault and never leave it. We don't hold the keys to your business.

Portable. Yours.

If you leave tomorrow, you take the workspace, the agents, the workflows, and the data with you. No lock-in. No "managed service tax" for owning your own operation.

Engagement starts at a focused Blueprint. We'll tell you on the consultation whether a Blueprint, a 90-day pilot, or a full managed crew is the right entry point.

We run on what we sell

BleuLeaf has four agent seats on its own org chart:

Our CEO is the only human on the org chart. Everything else — including writing this page, running our outbound, scoring our pipeline, and researching the agencies we talk to — is an agent running on our own platform.

BleuLeaf Agent Crew
4 seats, 1 human, fully operational

Aime
Integrator / operations. Runs our EOS, dispatches the crew, QC's deliverables.
Rex
Strategic research. Market intel, competitive analysis, prospect research.
Sage
Sales & marketing. Outbound, content, pipeline. (This landing page was drafted by Sage.)
Atlas
Delivery. Agent architecture, MCP tools, client builds.

FAQ

Common questions, straight answers.

No. Your workspace, your credentials, your agents, your data — all portable. If you want to take the whole setup in-house or move it to another provider, you can. That's a design principle, not a policy.

Your business-system credentials — Google, your ATS, your CRM, your email, Stripe — live in your workspace's credential vault and never leave it. We don't hold them. What we have access to is the agents and workflows we built, not the systems they talk to. Your data stays in your workspace: per-customer isolation, not shared tenancy. If you ever offboard, you take the vault, the workspace, and the agents with you — and the fact that we never held your business credentials is exactly what makes that a clean exit instead of a messy one.

Every agent has written constraints baked into its prompt and into the tools themselves — some agents can draft but not send, some can read but not write. Every run is logged so we can replay what happened. Critical actions route through a human checkpoint before they execute. "The AI did a thing" is not an accepted failure mode.

Yes — most engagements start with either the Blueprint (one week, a written architecture, no build) or a 90-day pilot with two or three agents on a single workflow. If it earns its place, we expand. If it doesn't, you've still got the Blueprint and you've lost a quarter, not a year.

Blueprint in a week. A pilot crew live in four to six weeks from the start of the build. Full crew typically stands up over a quarter.

No. Your team configures the integrations they already know — connecting Google, your ATS, your CRM — through standard OAuth flows. We handle everything on the agent and platform side. If you can administrate your own SaaS tools, you can run a crew with us.

If this is you

You've seen the demos. You know the direction is right. You don't want to spend the next quarter becoming your own platform engineer.

30 minutes. We'll walk through your workflows, tell you honestly whether an agent crew moves your number, and if it does, what the right entry point looks like. If it doesn't, we'll say so — and you'll still leave with a clearer read on where AI fits in your business.

We're taking a small number of new engagements this quarter. First-come-first-served on the calendar.
